Also, from an evolutionary point of view we would not have been so far if all people were disgusted by the look of a pregnant woman. It makes a lot of sense that some people are attracted by pregnancy. I am anyway ;) But I believe there are people attracted by any category you could think of. And that also makes sense to protect genetic diversity.

Yeah, there's a multitude of fetishes out there, with equally various causes, from simple association, to neighbouring areas of the brain being cross-stimulated, to cultural context...

As long as you're not harming anyone, to each their own I say. (Hell, even harm isn't necessarily bad within the realm of consensual S&M)

When I was younger I asked my mother about it, and she said maybe it's because seeing pregnant women makes me want to have sex (Seeing as that's how you and your spouse become pregnant).

That's also plausible, that pregnancy brings to mind sex and is therefore a turn-on.
