These 2 segments are so large, I dont get why Xbox focus's so much on Forza/gears/halo.

Also dont get why they claim "the future is service based online games".

Games like Battlefront and ME probably contributed a lot ot the RPG/Scifi section. Yeah many gamers still enjoy SP games which is why MS should make more imo.

Puzzle games did pretty well in the 360s XBLA and some of them like inside and thumblestone are pretty popular

Halo has a big fanbase that follows the SP, and lots of people play Forza for its SP gameplay more than MP. I'm not huge into Gears so i cant really say much about it.
