I bought MC on Switch day one because I'm a whore for buying that game, but still, just saying it isn't the first time the game is available on a mobile console in its complete edition.

But the world sizes were small in the PS3, Xbox 360 and Vita editions. The Switch version allows worlds 13 times bigger.

And the PS4 and X1 allow worlds a further 3 times larger than the Switch, so technically the Switch version isn't the "full" console version either :p Personally i think that's a silly way of looking at it though. As long as its feature complete, i'd consider it the full game. The Switch, PS4, and X1 versions allowing larger worlds just makes them a better version of that package.
