They're not NEEDED, but I won't deny that their streaming videos simply don't have the same feeling or excitement as the old E3 presentations did. Granted, not ALL of the E3 presentations were amazing. But the ones that WERE, rocked the show. I'll always miss those. E3 in general just hasn't felt "special" in a long time, regardless.
