"You can question whatever you want, but its obvious that they correct majority of past mistakes, especially in terms of games" Abou NDs and E3 presentation, i'm sorry but to me and from what we have seen, Nintendo handles them differently. Their great plan involved not revealing or even mentioning a 2018 but having Suda on stage talk about a game that is going to come out... eventually. I know that you'll not agree with me on this, but after failing their promises with 3DS, Wii U, pratically not showing a single 2018 game so far and not even trying to create interest on Switch's future i honestly don't understand how simply questioning them almost becomes an absurdity. |
I didn't!? 7 in-house games (for now) in 1st 9 months is not good enuf!? Blind man could see that Switch 1st 9 months shit all over full Wii Us 1st year, that's clear evidence.
Fact is that Nintendo Digital event or new Nintendo Spotlight is just bigger Nintendo Direct, it's basically ND with bigger announcements. So yes, if you doubt about "focus 2017. games" you have very clear example with last ND how they handeld "focus" and what "focus" means for them.
Like I wrote several times to you, beacuse 2017. games are games that will be out in near future (1-6 months), not in 1-2 years, so they want to have more infos and to promote them more because they will have much more time for 2018. titles later. Yes they can have even specific NDs, but E3 is biggest event, hell they even spend hole last E3 just to promote Zelda BotW that was Switch launch game.
Of Course, why they would need to speak about their 2018. games in January 2017. when they can talk about them at later date!? Last thing they want is to repeat Wii U mistakes were they announced games years in front. Suda and Atlus are not Nintendo. Guess what, FE is anncued at Fire Emblem ND, not in January event.
They did not failed promise with 3DS, 3DS had just slower output of games at start but 3DS received huge number of great games, even something similar could be said even for Wii U even it had shorter life span from obvious reason. Again, you need to realise that Switch is just 2 months on market, and only one month before 1st Switchs E3, and not even in half of 2017. I would understand you if we are at end of 2017. but we are not even in middle of 2017. and E3 yet needs to come. You sound like E3 passed, Nintendo didn't announced not single 2018. game at E3, and like there is no any evidence that Nintendo is working on any 2018, in other words you sound absurd, you do realise that you are only person here ho doubt about Switch 2018. in terms of games.
