Ah maan, why'd you have to say that? Now I'm unsure if I should wait for a physical copy or just buy the game sooner... TwT

The Binding of Isaac manual completely copied the original Legend of Zelda's manual (it's biggest inspiration) in a super cool way. I'd love for this game, as well as Wonder Boy, to do something similar, but it's definitely no guarantee. Probably not worth waiting for.

Yeah, I got that manual for Issac too and it is super rad. So glad I got it

I guess when I run out of things to play on the Switch, I'll get it, unless it does come physical.

Also, I'm unsure whether these numbers are good or not. I hope it's at least considered a success. Game looks like good fun.

What is typically a "good" number of sales for this sort of game? Like, what would most of them hope for?

I have no feel for these kinds of games, as 80,000 would not be something to celebrate about for larger/more expensive to develop games.

80k is pretty good, especially for 2 months. I believe most of the smaller games would be profitable selling 50k lifetime.

I see, thanks for the info :D
