No, I'm sorry, it's not lol. A website is like a home. As the owner, if you don't want someone in your house, you have the right to kick them out. The same rules apply to an owner of a website like the one you and I are conversing on right now. If the owner of Vgchartz doesn't like what we say, for any reason or no reason at all, they can ban us and there is no law broken. You may think that's wrong, and that's your right, but it's true. 

If you want total free reign over what you say, you have to create your own website.
