The problem is that most people think freedom of speech means having the ability to say whatever the hell they want on someone else's website. Twitter, Vgchartz, Facebook... these are all owned by someone else. None of us have a right by law to go onto someone else's site and say what we want.
Why people like the guy who made the OP can't understand that is beyond me. Seems pretty straight forward.
