Kotaku has really good sources at Ubisoft, they've leaked alot of Ubisoft games over the years, including the last several Assassin's Creed games. Additionally, I've done some digging on my own and found this, from over a year ago. A radio station in Missoula, Montana reported that some Ubisoft devs were travelling around interviewing Montana residents and looking at the sights in order to accurately portray modern Montana in an upcoming video game. Last but not least, I have heard it through the grapevine that Far Cry 5 is indeed based in Modern Montana, and will have a plotline surrounding militias and cults. |
