I mean it'd be difficult to get numbers on exactly who's buying the switch, but I'd put money that a decent percentage of switch buyers are PS4/XB1/Wii U owners. 

Can't see many Mobile gamers buying another device to play games when they already have a decide that does everything and that, but we'll see. 

Out of 3 billion users, some million might want. 

Sure most people with phones don't game so those 3b are too high but still you get my point, let's say 500 million game regularly on phones, it's still a huge market and some might want a better experience.
