No I want say that, but logically sales would even bigger if it was released on 3. April instead of 28. April, thats why its more impressive because it won month with only 3 days of sales.

If you have one strong game releasing at beginning on month and another strong at end of month, and game that was released at beginning on month was best selling and game that was released at end of month second best selling, its valid argument to said that second game maybe would be 1st if it also had whole month of sales, but if actually second game become best selling game, in that case that's impressive.

I get what you're saying. It's not an entirely fair comparison when games release at different times. But @bolded doesn't really sound valid to me. It just sounds like an excuse, something like somebody saying "well if I tried harder I could have won" when they lose. Not only is that not what actually happened, but there's no guarantee that would have happened either.

That's kind of the point of aligned launch comparisons, they actually have merit because they use actual data and try to make it more comparable in a fair way. There's no hypotheticals or "what if"s involved. No this "might" have happened, just what actually happened.

Like I wrote, Best selling game is best selling game in any case, but point if one game was in sale for 4 weeks and for comparision another half of week, is valid argument, but offcourse that argument want change fact of best selling game of month. Also its valid argument to say that's impressive that game with sales of only 3 days is best selling game.
