It's disgusting that people do that.
But that's the combination of alcohol and what people do when they are in big groups (which is often some weird shit they would never do when alone)
He also didn't try to hurt her (the body slam was an accident) and only thought he would be funny but since stuff like that isn't funny and still an assault I hope he will get his punishment.
