Also, regarding the title: FBI doesn't act globally. The number in the US was 'only' 350. The global number was 870, but the FBI wasn't responsible for any of the arrests outside the US (although it definitely co-operated), so the FBI was responsible for less than half of the arrests. Might as well give some honour to the others as well.

What? FBI sourced the people to be arrested and coordinated with other agencies for it. It seems to have been a well done operation.
