no its not, PS2 is ahead in each region.

PS4 is only ahead if you ignore the fact that PS2 was exclusive to Japan for nearly 8 months

Nobody cares, Ps4 is ahead WW does not matter if was only at Japan or India it is ahead and will keep being ahead at least until March 31st 2018, whatever you say is irrelevant after this post.
