That many people in pretty much every country on this planet think something is wrong with what USA does has not much to do with them thinking ISIS is good. It's just that USA does a lot of bad stuff on their own and it's not only "collateral damage" with which some Americans try to justify everything with.
You don't kill millions of people (directly or through the results of what you do) and can always say it's just collataral damage after doing great things for this planet.
