If there was a new Black Wii color, the hardware wouldn't be any different than the standard white one. It wouldn't make any sense for the Wii to "upgrade" its hardware because that would make the 27 million available outdated and might cause many people to trade them in.
Besides, color changes will only come when Wii sales die down.
As for the game Black coming to the Wii, one is being worked on for release in the near future.
