I do not think Skyrim or Bomberman will be tells for the fate of third-party titles on Switch. As I keep saying, it all comes down to business. Right now, the business is good and that means companies are slowly, and a little more quietly (Capcom and SquareEnix for example) coming in with third-party support. With dev kits so cheap and Unreal Engine being extremely easy to develop on, it becomes a matter of if the ends justify the means and right now, it looks like they do. Even though games are coming out at ten dollars more in some cases, the games are still selling well enough to make keep companies interested in Switch. I do not believe the big, Western third-party developers are going to do much for Switch - and I am OK with that - but if they do make solid efforts, I hope the community really reaches out with their wallet to encourage more.

I remember Silent Hill: Shattered Memories being a great title on Wii and I tried to encourage everyone to buy it but people were stuck in their, "Wii only has shovelware" ways and great titles like that one got shafted. The community was slipping and I hope this generation shows a shift in that trend.
