Not sure why physical release is the barometer for games, but going from the Nintendo website, we have,

BotW, Bomberman, 1-2 Switch, Binding of Issac, Just Dance, Lego City Undercover, Puyo Puyo Tetris, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

So that makes 8. All but Bomberman and 1-2 are pretty much universally well regarded.

Indie games are good and sometimes way better than what some major developers put out but I don't give a shit about how many digital titles there are sometimes.  Sometimes for me physical is all the matters.  The reason being is you can find most indie titles on Xbox, PS, and Nintendo eshops.

A game being digital-only shouldn't be inmediately correlated with being indie developed or not, though. Sometimes, big companies like Ubisoft create digital-only games, such as Valiant Hearts, and sometimes, indie developers like Edmun McMillen create indie games like Binding of Isaac that find their way onto physical versions.

Only wanting physical is a respectable preference, for sure, but it isn't the bar to determine how small or big some games can be (regardless of their indie status, actually).
