Does the Wii version have the Digital Molecular Matter, and Euphoria Physics Engines

No.  It shares the havok physics but it doesn't have DMM (bending trees) or Euphoria (Stormtroopers grabing each other like morons).  The PS3 and 360 versions have no added content other than these 2 engines.

Wii version has 5 extra levels that it shares with the PS2 version and the exclusive duel mode of 27 characters/forms of characters from the Star Wars Universe.

@trestres don't attack him... it was a valid question.

Do you know how the PSP co-op play works?

I suppose it's ad-hoc but is it like the Wii's duel mode?

Hrmm?  The PSP version doesn't have co-op.  Its special features are "historic mode" where you play 5 historic battles from the movies and a 4-player battle mode brawl thingy.
