In order to emulate a game you need a copy of said game. Especially with BoTW or Persona 5. If that copy was downloaded from the internet then that copy has been pirated. Piracy is a form of theft.
So what we really have here, is a group of thieves asking the mods to ban anyone that calls them out for their theft. This is beyond the pale. Nobody should be banned for calling out thieves. The opposite should be happening. Anybody that mentions or links to piracy sites, or piracy instructions for modern games should be banned period.
Also, apologies to the legitimate emulation community out there. If you own a legit copy of a game, then you should be able to play it on whatever you want. Pirating copies of old games in order to emulate them is technically illegal, but I have no problem with it.
TL/DR: If you don't own a BotW or P5 disk/cart, and you are playing it, then you are a thief and should be banned.
