What makes Netflix successful is that they offer the completed movies/tv shows, not only part of it. I think they're thinking of it wrong. If they want a subscription service to work they need to offer full line-up of games available right away. Perhaps they can get away with new games releasing a year later like some non-Netflix shows do and with Xbox first-party releasing right away both for regular consumer consumption and in their Netflix like service.
