It depends on sales.  If they remain steady, Nintendo won't touch the price.  If they start dropping in a month or two, Nintendo will have to cut the price.  Remember, this is Nintendo's only HW for the coming years. Totally different situation, 3DS from start sold less than Nintendo predict and expected, Switch is quite opposite, its selling better and demand is stronger than Nintendo expected.

Sales will almost certain not drop, MK8D is launching tomorrow, and then we have ARMS and Splatoon 2, and we know for sure that Splatoon 2 will set Japan on fire, so Switch will stay strong through summer, and later we will have some other games and offcourse huge new 3D Mario for holiday season.

The 3DS still did better at launch. It shipped almost 1M more in its first quarter.

As for sales, we'll have to wait and see.
