You can, but there has to be a reason and outrage for it. There are reasons for it, but he hasn't done enough damage to warrant impeachment yet, imo.
As for outrage, it's there, but no one is doing anything about it. Republicans are harder to impeach, imo, than Democrats because left wing people are the type to be angry, but are too passive to do a damn thing. Sure, you can lead a few marches here and there but those quickly lose momentum, as do protests. The Democrats seriously need a figurehead to push for impeachment if they truly want to see Trump out of the WH.
