No major hardware developer has been better off since going 3rd party.  I mean, look at Sega.  When they were still a hardware developer they were forced to consistently develop games with variety and unique experiences in order to diversify their software libraries.  Now, for the most part, they just churn out mediocre Sanic games and call it a day.

Of course but Vivster would be happier to see Nintendo making shitty games as long as he can play them on PC, don't try to understand it, is just how he is.
