Not absolutely 0 stock but some countries like Singapore tried to push for bundles similar with Gamestop US deals.  Nintendo Switch console + 1-2 switch + Zelda BOTW as a bundle.  So there is a limited supply of consoles across ASEAN countries.   Australia it will always have a stock due to pricing.

UK demand is getting better compared to US, as I just got one from Amazon UK before it got out of stock and restock would happen by May 5-10 in line for Mario Kart 8 deluxe.
