He definitely deserves to lose his contract. However, I wouldn't go as far as to say he made a racist rant. He did, however, purposely use the word "nigger" to provoke others while he was angry. As someone else pointed out, by the time he started repeating "nigger", he was in full control over his actions. You can tell because he gets mad and then calms and THEN starts to continually use the word. Which means it was meant to provoke, not to cool off. He did cause he's a whiny bitch.
