Wobbling got removed in Brawl. There's no chance it would be in Smash 4 if Ice Climbers were brought back. The chaingrab they had in Brawl would almost certainly be gone as well, as Dedede's got removed for Smash 4 too.
O/T: I'm in the minority here; I don't think I'd want any new characters. I've been playing the game consistently for 2+ years now and there are still a good ten or so matchups that I don't know well (though basically everyone I wanted got into Smash 4, so I'm probably biased). I'd like to see one last balance patch for the existing cast. Some new stages would be fantastic; preferably at least a couple that could be used in competitive play.
I'd also love some new costumes for the existing (non Mii) cast. Not just generic palette swaps, but have some new models for characters not in the game. Maybe have Chrom as an alt for Ike or Lucina, Prime 3 Varia Suit as an alt for Samus, BotW Link as an alt for Link...maybe even Ridley as an alt for Charizard. One thing I'd love to see but will totally never happen would be some different clothes/gear that you could customize your character in the same way you can Miis or fighters in Killer Instinct. I would pay good money to be able to play as Ganon with a tophat.
