So Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has finally fallen back to 93. I've been checking out of curiosity every day and it seemed pretty clear it was dropping when all of the Italian reviews came in and they were 90's, but today's 90 finally dropped it to 93.
At this point the odds likely favor it staying at 93, as the post-release reviews generally score slightly lower than the early ones. It's right on the edge of 93 and 94, though, so I suppose jumping back up isn't impossible.
Here's some consolation for my fellow Nintendo fans though: If it stays at 93, my prediction was correct! Totally worth a point imo
