Actually, most of the fear about whites dwindling in size and power have come from white people that i've been speaking to since I was in middle school. Its amazing how much the same conversation persists, but you rarely hear any other group talking about it.

Well, I never hear white people talk about it or sound like they're scared of it. I do come across it now and then on topics that are related to race more as a jab at white people or it's some white person trying to fear monger. All of it is silly in my opinion. It would take a really bad world war to make over a billion people to disappear.
