Is this a remaster?
Comparing it point for point against the original retail release, it has 50% more racing tracks, and 8 battle arenas with 5 new gameplay modes.
I'm not sure how something like Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance was judged against MGS2: Sons of Liberty by outlets back in the day, but this is a simmilar case IMO.
