Yeah. I imagine it'd go PC>Wii>360>PS3.
Going from best controls to worst as the 360 controller is just better then Dualshock for FPS. I like the Wiimote best for actual playing, but the mouse works a little better for most people do to the lack of fatigue i imagine. Some people have reported tiring when using the wiimote and having shaky hands anwyay. Me I find it a little more percise when used to it. You just need to remember that it isn't 1 to 1... just how a mouse isn't 1 to 1.
Though since COD4>COD5.
I'd be surprised if it'd matter too much. Though if it doesn't completly suck like COD3 did it might actually end up being better on the Wii then CoD4 was on consoles.
But you'd still have CoD4 PC.
