Nah, probably not. I don't think anyone's expecting to benefit from a world war, so I don't think anyone's going to start it. We've already seen the results of a world war, so everyone's going to avoid one. One might happen eventually, but the tensions just aren't strong enough for a world war right now, and it'd take something pretty drastic for the situation to change enough.
