I think majority of cross generation titles are actually started off on the weaker console and than brought up. Persona 5 I think is basically FPS and Resolution increase, which demonstrates to me it was designed as ps3 game in mind.

Both were past system focused.
P5 started as a PS3 project, was even announced as a PS3 exclusive, exactly like Zelda.
I'm about the same, I consider both this games last gen, though both Zelda and P5 are clearly Switch and PS4 pushers, not their last gen counterparts.
