Just in general. You can make a Switch account for any region and then buy from said region's eShop. Once you get ready to play the game and Switch recognizes that there is a version in your region, it will prompt you switch to that version if you want.  A lot of people did this with  I am Setsuna because its cheaper in Japan.

I know, I just don't have any interest in getting the game at $55 or $30.
