Can ARMS Sell Over/Close to 3mil+ Lifetime Worldwide?

Nintendo is in every Genre I can think of excluding Movie/Game (Heavy Rain) and One v One fighter so maybe this is something they need? I don't count Smash as legit One V One. It's a party game.
