The charts show only the top 20. There are going to be a few thousand additional sales for Switch games outside the top 20. The chart also only tracks retail sales, but games can also be bought digitally. Lastly, by know it's known that Switch isn't easy to get, so people buying it now in anticipation for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is reasonable too.

I am assuming the worst case scenario. Though, what other games are there? I doubt people are just magically picking up the Koei Tecmo re-releases, and D5 Complete and I am Setsuna aren't the kind of games to light even the back 30 on fire.

Assumption: DQ Heroes I+II sold ~2.5k.

Also, last week was the week of the Nintendo Direct, so that may have had an impact as well.
