That list is all wrong. It should be:

Resident Evil 4
Mario Kart Double Dash
Super Smash Brother Melee

Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker
Metroid Prime 2

 

Wow, way to hate on the GameCube!  Only game I agree with on that list is Mario Sunshine.

I don't really have a top ten but some of the more recent overrated games IMO are:

Halo 3 (#1 most overrated and overhyped game ever, EVER!)

Grand Theft Auto 4 (great game, but not quite worthy of all the perfect 10s it received)

Super Smash Bros. Brawl (totally not worth the 6 year wait IMO)

Enter the Matrix (most overhyped licensed game ever)

Crysis (overrated by grafix whores everywhere)

Zack & Wiki (don't get me wrong, great game, but people love to shower it with WAY to much praise) 

The Wii (HA!  I kid, I kid...)

The topic list is definitely garbage... only one I somewhat agree with is the Sims series. The last game that should be on there is Harvest Moon, if anything it's underrated.
