There's one idea in selling PS3 over 360, which is that store has invested more in every PS3 and they want to get their money back from their investments. And selling 360 over PS3, is that if customer uses more than 700 on games and consoles, customer might buy more games along, or he propably comes sooner back to buy more games.
@DK: If some feature is available only by upgrading through the internet and you really can't assume everyone having the internet. But it would have been worth mentioning that it is available by upgrading it.
