I think the story is pretty good. It's not fleshed out and some of the characters don't have a lot of development, but I do commend the team on how they portrayed Zelda. Through the memories and her diaries, she is the most fleshed out Zelda yet. All the stuff about her being a damsel is nonsense to me. There's a sense of coming of age along with a story of redemption akin, in a sense, to WW (King of the Red Lions protecting Hyrule's legacy in a sense by making a wish on the Triforce before Ganondorf could make his wish and Toon Link taking his steps from being a young laid back boy to a legendary Hero of the Winds). |
Indeed. BotW and SS Zelda characters are the best to me. Keep up the good work!
On another note, finished the game for the third time days ago. This time, I didn't do any Divine Beast or went to a single town (only stables). Went directly to Ganon, but he beat me 2 times. Exploring Hyrule Castle with 4 hearts and few food was like an infiltration game.
Unfortunately, Ganon was hard to me and had to get a little help from certain weapon.
I reccomend anyone to do this. It is amazing.
