I don't feel my prediction is an absurd anymore.

2020 is in 3 years and your reply doesn't really make sense in expecting people to say 100m especially in 3 years. I expect NS to hit 80m at the end of it's life being the only portable as Nintendo will keep it active for at least 6-7 years like the 3DS.

Actually, by the end of 2020 the Switch will have been out for 3 years and 10 months. That includes the launch and four holiday seasons.
