Shortages are reported at least in USA and UK, Ninty still has to see where sales can settle before deciding by how much increase production, if necessary (I wouldn't believe rumours about promises to double it, now, but we'll see in the next months, and it could even be true if they prudently kept their initial expectations very low). Obviously there are also countries where there aren't shortages. And USA are big, so there may be places where supplies were sufficient.
