At the moment most Arab countries are either a dictatorship or destroyed by the US and Russia. But a non corrupt and free Arab country could exist. The same way a free rich African country can exist. At this moment however both aren't in great supply. What I meant is Turkey is getting way closer to its eastern then western neighbours. Which are considered Arab or Middle Eastern. Before the cold war their where many free and rich Arab countries like Iran and Afghanistan. However in both cases that doesn't represent the current situation.
