Nintendo will Release a Mini-Size Switch, Citigroup Predicts

Given the history of the DS line, a smaller and cheaper Switch will come first. The DS only really took off with the DS Lite, whereas the 3DS only had consumers shift to the premium end of the line with the 3DS XL and the "new" 3DS line but not actually draw a lot of really "new" consumers.

That, and Nintendo are probably thinking of how to kill off the 3DS line without losing any players.
