I'll do one! And to make it interesting I'll try to top it with something else, even if right now it's a stretch due to no confirmation of this title, but I think it's the only one that can top it in 2017.
For by the end of 2017 in Japan:
1. Pokemon (provided it gets announced which is most likely since it's typically a yearly release)

4. Monster Hunter XX
5. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
6. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

8. Gran Turismo Sport
9. ARMS
10. Resident Evil VII: Biohazard
I think I may be underestimating 1-2-Switch, but I think that title's sales will be too unpredictable for me to forecast in Japan.
