I don't know how I feel about people not wanting certain big franchises at E3. I mean, if Nintendo announced a new Zelda, I'd do a backflip! If it's a series I like to play, I'd be happy for a new (possibly improved) entry.

I'm hoping people are underestimating M$, though. Aside from a new entry from the "Big Three", I'm hoping they show off something new from Rare and some great VR stuff. They have new hardware coming out this year so I expect good software to take advantage. Should be a good show.

Microsoft set the low standard to which people underestimate them. Sony and Nintendo have been spoiling people with exclusives for decades now to which it has become a traditional expectation. Once the preliminary hardware is shown with the launch games its up to the audience to decide primarily who wins. I hope they have something though. This isnt the first generation that people have been complaining. People complain about Microsoft with exclusives like they complain about Nintendo with third party (Both brands have what the other lacks). We want all brands to have the proper footing so they can truly fight for supremacy the right way. This way the gamers win. Halo 3 remastered would make me happy. Thats all I need from Microsoft at E3. I dont have to raise my standard with them to be happy. Its the other companies I raise my expectations for because they actually push them. Im going to play state of decay, but I know right now I am not going to be impressed by the graphics. I hear its good though, so i'll check that out.
