can you name them?

The Wonderful 101 - Ok
Zombi U - Correct me If I am wrong, but this sold over a million. That is not a "flop" for a new IP
Devil's Third  - Ok
Project Giant Robot - ... Ok. Please give sales numbers for this noexistant game
Project Cars - Wasn't on Wii U...
Watch Dogs - sure
Mass Effect 3 (first entry of this series on a Nintendo console so it counts as a new IP for Nintendo) - look... no
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (first entry of this series on a Nintendo console so it counts as a new IP for Nintendo) - you can't be serious
Darksiders 2 (first entry of this series on a Nintendo console so it counts as a new IP for Nintendo) - you are reaching.
Batman: Arkham Origins (first entry of this series on a Nintendo console so it counts as a new IP for Nintendo) - This is not even true...
Bayonette 2 (first entry of this series on a Nintendo console so it counts as a new IP for Nintendo) - These poor excuses are essentially half your list. I hope you know this.
Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem (counts as a new IP cause I think it's the first release on a Nintendo home console) -This actually counts, but not for the reason you concoted.

That are only the games I can think of now. But I am sure that there are much more of them.

So of your list of games, that don't even reach a dozen, only 4, maaaaybe 5, are valid. And saying something like "Lmao Splatoon was the only new IP which was successfully on Wii U. All the other dozen new IP's flopped very hard on Wii U."  while actually negelecting to bring up actual new IP, with some doing very well, in lieu of sequels, a game that is not even on the platform, and a game that does not exist is beyond terrible.
