3DS will fade slowly, there's still some projects in the pipeline still to drop. Seems the Switch has gutted the Vita though, which is somewhat odd. But then again the Vita was targetting people who wanted a console-esque experience and the Switch goes beyond that and straight up is a console on the go sooo yeah, actually makes some sense.
