It's also likely a fat profit maker for Nintendo as Mario Kart 8 is effectively a game that Nintendo re-couped all development costs on ages ago, so they're just basically taking an old game they already made money off of, installing into the Switch's on-board flash memory and charging $50 more for it. It's like $50 straight up profit for them. It's actual pretty brilliant, profit wise. |
I thought they said it was a physical copy ... if it is physical at least nay sayers can't bitch about 25% of the memory being eaten up by the bundled game ( I thought MK8 was around 8 GB )
