It will be the same reasoning that Nintendo will make when they make a good bundle for holidays(either that or a price cut only for black friday)(and thats only my reasoning of course):

They need to keep momentum.And they simply cant afford to make a mistake, to wait for the Switch to "die down" for it to start making deals and bundles and good offers.Nintendo needs to be pro-active, and they know it.Hopefully this bundle is true and comes at a good price.

True though I think they can atleast afford to wait until the system is no longer sold out.
