I liked Quantum Break. The FMV arguments are ridiculous, nobody complained when MGS was doing hour cutscenes. But 20 min shows is too much?

As an action/adventure shooter, it was pretty good.

I don't care much for MGS and that's one of the reasons. Why I loved MGR,let me just get to the action. I will give MGS this. At least when they did it still carries a certain continuity because it's in game assets. Backdrops and characters don't suddenly look worse or better. When a game switches to live action and low budget sets and cheap cinimatopgrahy and yes QB has it it breaks that continuity. It slaps you in the face reminding you yes you were playing a game. The exact opposite experience a game like QB wants.
